The 18/10 stainless interior and brushed stainless exterior make for easy cleaning and the magnetic brushed stainless steel exterior means these pans will work with induction stove tops. The 3 qt. Saute Pan with lid and loop is great for steaming and blanching vegetables, as well as cooking rice and grains. It is also perfect for sauteing, searing, and preparing sauces.  The improved, stay-cool long handle offers a finger guard and extra length for balance. While the loop handle was enlarged to make it easier to grip with an oven mitt. The curved rim allows for drip-less pouring and the size is etched on the bottom of the pot for quick identification. These pans are made in the USA. They are dishwasher and oven-safe and will work on induction cookware.
