The Copper Core line gives you the superb conduction of cooking with copper but the ease of cleaning stainless. The Copper Core line starts with a unique exterior of 18/10 Stainless Steel with a band of copper for accent. The thick copper core is surrounded by two layers of aluminum for superb heat conduction so that you won't have hot spots. The interior is a layer of 18/10 Stainless Steel for an easy to clean cooking surface. The pans feature long, stay-cool, polished handles that are secured with non-corrosive rivets. Hand-washing is recommended, as the dishwasher will deteriorate the outside beauty of the pan.

The Copper Core Open 7 qt. Stock Pot features high, straight sides that slow the evaporation of liquids, providing the ideal design for creating a variety of stocks. The wide bottom of the pan allows for sauteing of ingredients before the addition of liquids for delicious soups and stews.The versatile stock pot can also be used to warm, cook or serve depending on the occasion and the smaller handles make it easier for storage.  The size is etched on the bottom of the pot for quick identification. These pans are made in the USA and are oven-safe.
