This cutting board is reversible with edge grain construction. It has hand grips for easy lifting and is FDA approved. The John Boos cutting boards are used in some of the finest restaurants in the country. They are manufactured from solid hard rock maple with a cream beeswax finish.

It can be used for a variety of kitchen tasks such as cutting and chopping meats, fruits and vegetables.
